SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR/PROPERTY MANAGER, WOKINGHAM

This is a full time and permanent position following the retirement of a long established member of staff. We are seeking someone with experience in residential lettings including valuations and viewings, day to day property administration paper work, co-ordinating lettings to move in deadlines and arranging inventory checks and other works as required, negotiating and executing Tenancy Agreements and managing the end of tenancy procedure.

A minimum of 2 – 3 years experience would be required to qualify for this senior position. Remuneration package includes basic salary and commission.

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Ability to organise and keep strict deadlines
  • Ability to use own initiative to solve problems
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Negotiation/Administration/Property Management experience is essential
  • Be able to work independently and within a group environment
  • Have a full UK driving license
 Role:
  • Valuations and viewings
  • Day to day property administration paper work
  • Maintaining property records and ensuring all safety certificates are up to date
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Conducting property inspections and process subsequent reports
  • Following up on rental payments
  • Co-ordinating lettings to move in deadlines and arranging inventory checks and other works as required
  • Negotiating and executing Tenancy Agreements and managing the end of tenancy procedure
  • Ensuring up to date compliance with current regulations regarding deposit protection
